Assignments for Week 1:

• Look on a world map (physical or online) and locate the countries mentioned in the lecture where French is spoken
• Join Quizlet class here. Have you used Quizlet before? It's awesome! You can do all kinds of things. Everything starts with choosing a study set, of which there are five this week. I suggest choosing the Learn function first, which functions much like Duolingo, if you've ever used that. Then you can do flashcards, play games -- it almost feels like you're not seriously learning because it's so much fun! I look forward to hearing what you think of it. Do the following vocabulary sets this week:
